Michael Ritzie is a self-taught photographer who transitioned from a successful career in general contracting to pursue his passion for photography. Since relocating from Florida to North Carolina in 2020, he has continued to explore and draw creative inspiration from landscapes across the United States, allowing a wide range of environments to shape his evolving artistic vision. Specializing in landscape, astrophotography, and fine art photography, Michael has earned recognition in juried competitions at the local, national, and international levels. His work is regularly exhibited in art galleries throughout the country, where he values the opportunity to engage with fellow artists and share his perspective with a broader audience.
