Bio

Whenever my dad had a chance he would pile us into his car and drive our family to a national park or a great fishing spot, or some outdoor location that none of us had ever heard about. As I grew up, I followed his path. After graduating high school my best friend and I took a four month driving trip around the country. When I had my own kids I took them to as many places as I could. It was with them that I picked up a camera and began to shoot, and I've been doing it ever since. Shooting photographs to me is being in the here and now. In that state my vision is acute, my focus is outward and I become sensitively aware of what lies before me. I love that state of being and I love that photography takes me there. -Neil Reichline
