Lisa LaPointe is a biologist, international expedition leader and photographer specializing in wildlife and conservation. Over the last decade her work has taken her to all 7 continents, with a particular emphasis on the polar regions where she has spent multiple seasons as a lecturer and guide. She is most interested in how wild creatures interact with their environment, each other, and man. Her goal is to show both the beauty and innate value of wildlife and wild places, and the challenges they face.
